I had a rough start but thanks to Will Barnet my experience was great.  Will Barnett was a life saver and I will eternally be greatful for his help. I hope he is here in 2 years when I return to purchase a new vehicle.

Steve is very helpful and well informed of the product. He did everything within his scope to try to make the experience of making such a huge purchase as hassle free as can be. Steve seems to take a great deal of personal pride in his job. His professionalism reflects that pride. Not only in the product he sells, but in the service he provides. I did not feel like just another number on a tally sheet. The questions were asked and answered on both sides. Aspects were covered. Steve was great to deal with he was very patient, accomodating and thourough when dealing with me and making sure he understood what I was looking for. I originally told him my purchase would not be immediate as I was waiting for a specific time to buy but needed to get my research done. He kept in touch with me as he promised he would and when the time to purchase arrived he helped me get the exact new Sonata I wanted. The entire staff was pleasent to deal with courteous, thorough and caring. I will refer others to Steve and World Hyundai and I'll be a loyal customer in their service department.
